Crab Fried Rice

Although just fried rice, but this one can make addictive. Flaked crab meat a savory flavour make this fried rice growing steadily. Moreover, with soft rice and savory slices of fried egg and lettuce to make it complete.

Ingridients of Crab Fried Rice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp coarsely sliced scallions
  • 200 gr boiled crab meat
  • 100 gr. shrimp peeled, coarsely sliced
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 400 gr white rice
  • ½ TSP pepper powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Topping:
  • 2 eggs, chicken, shake off, make the omelet, sliced finely
  • 100 g lettuce, sliced finely
  • 2 tablespoon fried shallots

How to make Crab Fried Rice
  • Saute garlic and onion till fragrant.
  • Stir in crab meat and shrimp. Stir until the discoloured.
  • Add oyster sauce and soy sauce.
  • Stir in rice, blew the fire, stirring until flat.
  • Add pepper, salt and pepper.
  • Stir until flat. Lift.
  • Serve with Topping ingredients.
