Rendang Meat

Beef Rendang is Indonesia Food

 
Rendang Meat is better served if the meat was tender. In order to be easy meat, boiled meat and avoid the Braised meat first then bruised.

Rendang Meat Recipe Ingredients:

* typical 500 grams of beef, cut into pieces
* creamy coconut milk 1000 ml
* liquid 1000 ml coconut milk (coconut milk and condensed liquid from 3 grains of coconut)
* 2 stalks serai, knocked bruise
* Kaffir lime 5 sheets
* turmeric leaf, sheet 1 tear-tear
* acid kandis site 2 pieces
* chilli red 250 grams
* garlic 4 cloves
* Onion 10 grains
* Ginger 1 cm
* turmeric 2 cm
* 4 cm galangal
* salt as needed

How To Make Beef Rendang :

1. boil the liquid coconut milk, Lemongrass, lime leaves, turmeric leaves, tart, smooth flavor cooked up to boiling. Stir in the meat was cut into pieces, Cook until coconut milk into creamy.
 
2. stir in condensed milk. Cook until almost dry. Stir-stir until browned beef rendang and greasy.
 
3. serve.
