 Recipe Meat : Beef Ribs, Spicy Acids

Beef Ribs, Spicy Acids
The spicy sour soup fresh plus savory meat perfectly suited for open fast. Tender beef would be a strong accent savory dish beef ribs. Quite enjoyed the warm rice. Hmmm..... yum!

Ingredient:
500 g beef ribs, cut into pieces ()
750 ml water
5 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
3 cm turmeric old, thinly sliced
3 cm ginger, memarkan
2 cm galangal, memarkan
1 stalk Lemongrass, memarkan
½ TSP pepper powder
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp tamarind, roasted until slightly blackish
5 plum tomatoes, halve two green
Red chilies 8 pieces

How to make:
  1. Wash ribs beef, drain.
  2. Boil water with onion, garlic and spices until boiling.
  3. Enter your iga beef, soy sauce and tamarind chutney.
  4. Cook over low heat until the meat is tender ribs.
  5. Stir in tomatoes and green chilies. Boil until tender.
  6. Lift. Serve warm.
